Luxury cave living in Cappadocia!
We stayed at the Hotel Taskonaklar in Cappadocia for two days, one night and had an amazing time. This is truly a luxury experience, from the personalized check-in to the plush and comfortable room accommodations.
PROS:
1. Accommodations - the cave and balcony suites were modern, comfortable and had great views of Pigeon Valley and the hot air balloons leaving early in the morning. The bathroom was enormous and luxurious.
2. Service - Everyone from the reception desk to the restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming. One member of our party had knee issues and the reception kindly gave us a room upgrade to minimize the number of stairs she had to climb! We especially loved all the guys working the traditional Turkish breakfast (included with the room). So friendly and took time to explain each dish.
3. Location - the hotel is tucked away off the main drag in Uchisar but just a short walk to Uchisar castle, restaurants and shops. No need to leave the hotel grounds as the multi terraces are very inviting.
CONS:
1. No elevator so if you have mobility issues, be prepared to take it easy as there are numerous stairs.
2. Dinner - wish there were more traditional Turkish kebabs and dishes on the menu. Breakfast was exceptional though!
Overall, this was a fantastic stay and highly recommend it if you are staying in Cappadocia!

We loved this amazing hotel. The service from the very start to the very end was great.
They organized our hot air balloon ride, transfers to and from the airport as well as other tours. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Our cave room was beautiful and spotlessly clean.
The breakfasts were absolutely delicious.
We ate one diner at the hotel which was not the best and quite expensive.

First and foremost what a great property! I have never had such great service. Everyone was so sweet, professional and just outright polite. I have to give a shout out to some of the staff that were exceptional: Resul, Ebru TOZAGAN, Ismail KOC, Secil TEZCAN, Büsra SIMSEK. I could not have asked for a better stay on my trip. We had a private dinner for 15 people in a cave area with a DJ and the musci was fantastic too. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay. The rooms were amazing, the food was very very good! The views were amazing, just wished for an extra 3 days
