Five stars doesn’t do Taskonaklar justice.
We chose Taskonaklar as the venue for our wedding, and from the moment we started planning until the last guest left, the team delivered a level of service, professionalism, and kindness that exceeded every expectation.
A special thank you to Ismail, who was nothing short of extraordinary. He helped coordinate countless details, navigated complicated international payments, solved problems before we even knew they existed, even a medical emergency and somehow remained calm, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. On the night of the wedding, he was still there at 3:00 a.m. making sure everything ran smoothly. That level of commitment is rare.
What impressed us most was that the team effectively became our wedding planners. They handled logistics, coordination, vendor management, and endless questions with remarkable patience and professionalism. At every step, they made us feel like their most important guests.
The setting itself is breathtaking, one of the most beautiful locations in Cappadocia, but what truly sets Taskonaklar apart are the people. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and focused on making our experience unforgettable.
If you’re considering a stay in Cappadocia, or especially if you’re thinking about hosting a wedding or special event, I cannot recommend Taskonaklar highly enough. It was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had, and our wedding simply would not have been the same without them.

Taşkonaklar is truly a special place. Watching the sunrise from the terrace as hot-air balloons floated over the valley was unforgettable.
The rooms are beautifully designed, making us feel completely at home. A special thank you to Mustafa at Reception for his warm welcome and for taking the time to show us around the hotel.
Breakfast at Moniq was a highlight every morning beautifully presented and delicious. Emir’s attentive and friendly service made each breakfast even more enjoyable.
One of our favorite memories was relaxing in the hot jacuzzi on the terrace surrounded by silence and breathtaking views. We also deeply appreciated how genuinely welcoming everyone was the kindness and warmth shown here were exceptional.

Spectacular!!

We stayed two nights. Absolutely loved the hotel. Incredible views. Great “cave dinner” definitely do it if you have a group. Rooms were clean, modern and large especially for a cave!! Staff were all very nice. Definitely plan for pre dinner drinks and watch the lights come on in the valley below. They organized a balloon watch breakfast which was fantastic.

An Exceptional Stay Beyond Expectations

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Taş Konaklar Cappadocia Hotel is a place where every detail has been thoughtfully curated. I had never experienced such a refined and carefully designed stay in Cappadocia before. Throughout our visit, everything exceeded our expectations. The elegance and character of our room were so captivating that we found ourselves wishing we had allowed more time simply to enjoy it. A true sense of aesthetics and care is evident in even the smallest touches.
The team was exceptionally warm and attentive; special thanks to Resul Bey and Mustafa Bey for their outstanding hospitality. The airport transfer and tour arrangements were seamless and impeccably organized, with everything running perfectly on schedule. Despite our early arrival, we were promptly accommodated, and the refreshments served against a breathtaking view provided a truly memorable start to what was set to be a long day.
We must also admit that we regretted making dinner reservations elsewhere after experiencing the bright, elegant, and inviting ambiance as well as the excellent breakfast at Moniq Restaurant.
The hotel’s central location made exploring the area effortless, and being able to begin our trekking route directly nearby was an added luxury.
Without a doubt, Taş Konaklar will be our first choice on any future visit to Cappadocia. Our sincere thanks for such a memorable experience.

This stay at a cave hotel in Cappadocia was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were cave spaces carved into the natural rock, both historically significant and incredibly comfortable. Waking up in the morning allowed for a direct view of the sunrise, with hot air balloons slowly rising into the sky a truly magical sight. The hotel also offered a clear view of Uchisar Castle and a panoramic vista of Cappadocia's landscape. Another delightful little incident was the hotel's numerous cats! I saw about six in total, each leisurely strolling around the hotel grounds. One of them was particularly affectionate and adorable; I named it "Guai Guai" (meaning "Good Boy"). If you happen to meet it at the hotel, you're very lucky, as it's incredibly sweet and friendly.
Overall, the staff were very friendly, the environment was unique, and it was a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cappadocia.

Honestly, this place is just special. We’ve stayed in a few cave hotels before, but Taşkonaklar feels different, it truly captured our hearts. The view from the terrace at sunrise is something I’ll never forget! Watching the balloons drift over the valley with a coffee in hand was easily one of the highlights of the trip.
The rooms are incredibly cozy, warm, and thoughtfully designed, we truly feel at home. The staff is genuinely kind and attentive, always there when you need them.
Breakfasts deserve a special mention: beautifully served and absolutely delicious at Moniq restaurant.
And enjoying a hot jacuzzi on the terrace in January, surrounded by winter air and silence, was pure magic, something we don’t forget.
Another thing we loved: the incredibly warm attitude toward our dog. Finding a place that welcomes pets with such genuine kindness is rare and means a lot.

We had a really lovely stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in the hills with wonderful views around. All the major attractions were super close.
We were on our honeymoon and they provided us a nice welcome cake and allowed us to check in early at no additional cost. Would highly recommend this place.

Super hotel in great location

An exceptional stay at Taskonaklar Hotel. The cave suites are superb beautifully designed, atmospheric, and extremely comfortable, blending character with understated luxury. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly and super helpful, always attentive without being intrusive.

A special mention for Moniq Restaurant, where both the service and food were wonderful. The menu showcases excellent locally sourced produce, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, making dining there a real highlight of the stay.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I was impressed with the services from their staffs they were polite, friendly and helpful.
Check in was smooth, there is a welcome drink station with snacks and different kind of drinks choices which added plus points to our check-in experience.

The hotel design is luxury and very beautiful! We booked the Royal king suite with outdoor hot tub and fireplace.
I totally fall in love with the room, it was clean and spotless, very well-designed. Comfortable bed, with all amenities, a cosy living, dining area and a fireplace. My favourite part of the room is the huge balcony with hot tub and spectacular view of the Pigeon Valley, it’s so romantic.
A stay which I will remember for life. Highlights of my Cappadocia trip!

Excellent hotel in cappadocia!

Location in Uchisar is excellent , views of hot air balloons in the morning. The hotel decor blends with the cappadocia landscape. Modern amenities with comfortable clean beds and heated bathroom. Hotel staff is very friendly and arranged tours and transport and restaurant reservations promptly with smiles. Breakfast is good. Dinner at hotel restaurant Moniq is wonderful . Will recommend to friends coming to cappadocia !
