Reful (Google)I have been here twice, in winter and in summer- this is my go to hotel in Cappadocia. I highly recommend to go in winter as well- this place looks different in both seasons. The hotel is very well-connected with locals so if you need anything may it be tour or restaurant or massage they are very helpful. They're service is also top notch- i was there when there's a wedding and I was already expecting that my room service order may be delayed as they are busy with the preparations but no- they delivered on time, they're also very friendly and accommodating. Not only the whole hotel looks magical from the outside but they're rooms are as well very cosy and designed uniquely- which adds to your experience. They also offer amazing breakfast and evening menu is very good.

We were seamlessly checked in by Ebrew, who not only made us instantly comfortable but also broke down the various activities and sightseeing options around the property.
The views in the hotel are mystical, overlooking the pigeon valley and the gargantuan Volcano Mt. Argaeus.
The restaurant staff - Ali the manager, Okan, Ibrahim, Melih were very sweet in helping us choose and arranging all our needs. Their service and care was truly exceptional.
Not just the service, the food’s quality, portions and quantity were amazing. Their expansive Turkish breakfast especially is a highlight in itself.
The reception staff Harun and Burakhan took great care of our checkout and helped with the Airport Transfer and treated us with the same care even post our checkout period during the time we waited for our Shuttle out which was hours post the checkout time.
Shoutout to the countless support staff as well, whose names we couldn’t get unfortunately. The cleaners, baggage assistants everybody makes sure you have an absolute magical time at the property.
Definitely coming back here whenever we visit Cappadoccia.

Excellent staff, service, cleanliness, accommodations. It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing outlooks and superb service. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room didn’t have air conditioning which would add to the experience to have one. Given that the rooms are inside of a cave with 6-meter thick stone walls, the temperature is not bad (august). They have a fan inside the unit which also helps. I imagine that during other times, the temperature is actually lower than in august and would feel even better. All things considered, it was not bad. The overall experience is 5 stars. The location of the hotel is amazing. This area is very walkable with plethora of food options, local shops and views for days.

We hope to return again sometime soon. One thing that surprised us is how tasty the food was - who would have guessed that breakfast was almost the best part of the day. Each morning we enjoyed a huge spread of the best food, while sitting outdoors overlooking the valley. It was the best. Also, the team helped to arrange tours - hot air balloon ride, private day tour and private ATV, all were superb experiences. Memories for a lifetime - thank you all!
Charles Russell (Google)Taskonaklar is a dreamy boutique hotel in an unrivalled location. The view is exceptional and if you can't relax here, you never will. We can only comment on the Deluxe Cave Room and it's incredible. Perfectly large enough and super romantic. Top tip would be to ask the friendly staff to fill the bath before you arrive and top it up while you're out and about. It's enormous and takes a long time to fill. That really is scraping the barrel for feedback though. The food and cocktails are also exquisite and the whole experience will make you feel very special. It's an established place which even shop keepers in nearby towns know about. Special shout out to the owner, Tolga, who has single handedly set up the next stage of our honeymoon in Istanbul and the manager, Resul, who provided the perfect three day itinerary. Listen to his advice and you will not be disappointed.

Since we got here, the staff has been nothing but helpful, offering to keep the restaurant open late when we arrived late from tours to helping us with planning our day. They also helped us with finding vegetarian and vegan food options. Rooms are nice as well.
