Everything I have to say about this hotel is simply superlative. I had read numerous reviews in specialty forums, but they don't do justice to the experience at Taskonaklar.

From the moment you contact them, they respond immediately and provide a WhatsApp number for seamless coordination. They offer all the recommendations you need without any pressure.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you're greeted by name, which adds a personal touch. The room is absolutely spectacular—comfortable, cozy, and elegant, blending rustic charm with all the modern amenities you could need. It's the perfect retreat in Cappadocia.

The breakfast was extraordinary, and the views are beyond compare. There's nothing like returning after exploring the area, sitting back, and soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings.

We spent 5 amazing days in this place. Every day started with a delicious breakfast and some hours spent in the terrace under the November sun. Traveling during this period was such a great choice (less people, beautiful autumn sunny weather). They have a beautiful terrace just in front of the restaurant but we also had our private one where we could chill. I recommend taking a room with terrace, is totally worth it. I think the place is even better than in the pictures, the atmosphere, the music and vibes were magical. All the staff were very professional and kind, both of the hotel and Moniq restaurant. A special thanks to Resul, that spent plenty of time guiding us through what to do based on the number of days we were staying, booked us a wonderful ballon ride and many more things he did for us every single day . We also had dinner twice at Moniq restaurant, one in front of the fireplace in the room, very romantic and cozy. The baklava was delicious and the cocktails also super high quality. If you are planning to travel here, Taskonaklar is the place to be, trust me. The lazy mornings just laying in the sun, facing the valleys, in this perfect hotel, were the best memories I will bring with me home.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is built into the rocks and has both cave rooms and standard rooms. There are many steps but the effort is definitely worth it. Fantastic views across the end of Pigeon Valley. The restaurant Moniq is excellent. Try the Testi kebab. It is really tasty, with very tender meat. They flame it at the table, so a little bit of theatre added in. All the staff in the hotel are very pleasant and helpful, especially Emra in the restaurant.
A good location for touring Cappadocia.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful cave hotel with a spectacular view of the valley, the layout is picturesque in every corner. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and amenities top notch. Staff were super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Food was superb. I would definitely go back to Taskonaklar Hotel in my next visit.

I don't usually write reviews, but our stay at Taskonaklar was so good that I had to. What an utterly AMAZING experience. The first thing that struck me about the hotel was its design, which is, well, gorgeous. Photos won't really do it justice...I literally gasped at the view from the main terrace. The size of the hotel is perfect too: an ideal, intimate boutique experience with an enormous, big-sky, breathtaking view of the Pigeon Valley and its otherworldly rock formations. But, by far, the best part of our stay at Taskonaklar was the people who work there. "Professional" doesn't begin to describe the genuine warmth and helpfulness of the team. They went above and beyond. Resul at the front desk and Mert in the restaurant are in a league of their own. Resul has such a wealth of knowledge about the region and such genuine enthusiasm that he was basically our travel agent! As our waiter, Mert provided the best service I've experienced anywhere in the world (not exaggerating here). Oh, and even if you don't stay at the hotel, make sure to visit Moniq (that's the name of the restaurant). The food is exquisite. I'd give this hotel six stars if I could.

The Taskonaklar team is incredible. Polite, courteous and ultra professional. They went out of their way to assist us in all kinds of ways. Booking tour or taxi or a meal. Inputs on Balloon rides and what to eat where. Like a family. Resul, at their front desk stands out for this. We shall surely return.

Incredible service. cleanliness and first class amenities in the room. This hotel is just a beautiful conceived place to enjoy the amazing sunrise and sunset views and also views of hot air balloons flying early in the mornings in a confortable lovely patio ambiance where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever want to visit Capadocia. Top place 💯

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN CAPPADOCIA

Forget Goreme or anywhere else. Uchisar is the place to base yourself in Cappadocia and the Taskonaklar hotel is THE place to stay.

The service is incredible. Nothing is too much trouble.

I’m not great with names but the stand out people for me are Dolunay who greeted me on arrival, gave me a great tour of the hotel including my room. She continued to be so helpful, and kind throughout my stay and made it memorable for me. A shining star!

Ali the food and drinks manager is a great man. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and very very good at his job.

Stunning hotel with views across Pigeon Valley

Stunning hotel with views across Pigeon Valley. As an area, Uchisar is, in my opinion, is so much nicer than Gerome to stay in.
Service was outstanding by all however, a special thanks goes to Dolunay on the front desk and Mert at the hotel restaurant. You both made our stay just wonderful so thank you very much.
